Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
